Job Description

Job Description:

Assist the Lead to implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Implement risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure that compliance to the workplace safety and security standard.
Manage incident response, investigations, and ensure root-cause analysis is obtained and validated for proper countermeasures.
Coordinate with Warehouse managers and other PICs to establish a security protocols
Conduct's performance review, training, and capability development of the Security service provider.
Monitor security reports and security personnel in all Scommerce warehouses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Security Management or any other related course
At least 5 years experience in Physical Security systems and Security compliance
Experience coordinating with Police Department, Fire department, and other regulatory agencies related to Security
Must be willing to travel in different warehouse facilities
Must have basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response
Ability to communicate with stakeholder-management skills
Professional certification such as Certified First Aider, Basic Life Support, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an advantage
With background to identify and interrogate a person due to investigations
