Job Description

Job Description:

Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.
Oversee physical, personnel and asset security across Scommerce warehouses and facilties
Manage incident response, investigations, and root-cause analysis
Coordinate with internal teams specifically Support Lead, HRBP and Ethics and Integrity Team during Security incidents.
Manage and lead security personnel and 3rd party security service providers.
Conduct's performance review, training, and capability development of the Security service provider.
Identify security risk such as pilferage, potential theft, fraud, or workplace violence.
Monitor and analyze security reports and trends.
Act as point person during emergencies such as fire, theft, violence, and natural disasters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field
Background in law enforcement, military, or risk management preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security systems, incident management, and security compliance
Experience coordinating with police, fire departments, and other security-related regulatory agencies
Willingness to travel across multiple warehouse facilities
Strong leadership skills with proven experience leading teams and conducting investigations
Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities
Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, PSP, First Aider, BLS, OSH) are an advantage
Knowledge of loss prevention, fraud detection, and asset protection programs
Experience in security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk mapping
Understanding of data privacy, evidence handling, and due process
