Shift: Mid Shift (UK Hours)

Budget: PHP 125,000 135,000

Role Purpose:

The Scrum Master will be responsible for sprint planning, delivery governance, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality releases within an Insurance P&C technology environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Sprint capacity forecasting and workload balancing
• End-to-end sprint execution aligned with UAT and release deadlines
• Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Three Amigos, Prioritization)
• Risk identification, blocker resolution, and escalation management
• UAT coordination, release approvals, and stakeholder communication
• Ownership of ticket quality, delivery discipline, and reporting

Critical Requirements:

• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in Insurance P&C Policy Administration Systems
• Self-directed, proactive, and delivery-oriented
• Comfortable working UK hours and UK holiday calendar
