Job Summary
We are seeking an ERP Scrum Master to join the IT ERP Service Management team. This role serves as a servant leader, fostering agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement across ERP teams. You will be responsible for coaching cross-functional development teams, facilitating agile processes, and ensuring effective delivery through agile ceremonies and initiatives. The position requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to create an environment where teams can thrive, commit to their goals, and deliver consistent value.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and implement agile ceremonies, processes, and initiatives.
Coach cross-functional development teams on Scrum practices and agile principles.
Continuously improve team workflows to maximize value delivery.
Promote knowledge sharing and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a supportive environment that enables teams to meet sprint commitments.
Collect feedback through regular interaction with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Certification
PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification required
Experience
Strong understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Scrum framework
Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar agile platforms
ERP system experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, AX) in support, development, or coordination roles
Proven ability to communicate and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups, including business users, finance, logistics, and IT
Skilled in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
Ability to coach teams to mature agile practices at a sustainable pace
Strong interviewing and project scoping skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
Practical experience applying Scrum in ERP or support environments
Knowledge of release planning and change control processes within ERP contexts
Understanding of ERP integrations with external platforms (e.g., APIs, middleware)
Basic knowledge of ITIL practices
Experience implementing agile processes using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
