Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification (mandatory)
  • 2–3+ full-cycle Onboarding implementation projects completed
  • Strong hands-on configuration and deployment experience in Onboarding 2.0
  • Experience with integrations, particularly with Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting
  • Solid understanding of cross‑module dependencies within the SuccessFactors suite
  • Preferably has experience working on global or multi‑country implementations
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative global teams
  • Good understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices
  • Experience in data migration, transformation, and cutover activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver end‑to‑end SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and provide best practice recommendations
  • Perform system configuration, execute testing cycles, and ensure solution quality
  • Support UAT, manage go‑live activities, and assist with post‑go‑live stabilization
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions
  • Ensure alignment with overall HR technology strategy and project delivery standards
