The People Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the People function across the Manila, Bangalore, and Sydney Collaboration Hubs. This role supports core People operations including onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits administration, maintenance of confidential personnel records, and other related People services.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct pre- and post-employment validations per local compliance/legislation verifications. Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate other onboarding activities.
  • Ensure employment permits and eligibility documents are properly maintained and reflect current and accurate statuses. Provide required active and terminated employee reports as needed.
  • Maintain, record, report, and log information pertaining to employee personnel files.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees by answering questions or escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and benefit and insurance providers and manage related reporting needs.
  • Manage and perform HR compliance reporting and administration for all end-to-end government statutory benefits; handle all related paperwork.
  • Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, claims resolutions, invoice approvals, and terminations.
  • Provide administrative support for the performance/compensation cycle and termination process.
  • Collect and compile People metrics and data from a variety of sources including HRIS, payroll outputs, employee surveys, employment records, and labor statistics.
  • Assist department in carrying out various People programs and procedures for all company employees.
  • Contribute to the support and improvement of HR systems.
  • Provide payroll processing support and report generation as required.
  • Support COEs and manage related paperwork requests from employees.
  • Provide administrative support for People department projects and events as needed.
  • Responsible for the administration of regular audits and reporting to ensure People processes and data are accurately maintained. Utilize advance reporting, auto-scheduling, and dashboard reporting capabilities and recommend corrective action(s).
  • Document processes and procedures within scope of responsibility.

What You'll Bring


  • 1–3 years of related experience in People or HR operations for India, Australia, and Philippines.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; strong computer skills
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage tasks across multiple regions and time zones
  • Some payroll experience a plus, supporting multi-location People operations
  • Specialization/certification in HR a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, particularly when handling region-specific employee data
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills; good presentation skills
  • Analytical and listening skills required to understand, review, and perform analysis across diverse People data sources
  • Ability to multi-task and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines in a globally consistent but locally compliant manner
  • Ability to think creatively to resolve challenges across different collaboration hubs
  • Previous HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) experience a plus, ideally supporting multi-country or regional data
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • General understanding of People processes and data across the employee lifecycle
