Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to support end-to-end payroll implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Payroll implementations (Blueprint to Go-Live & Support)
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types
• Handle payroll processes (gross-to-net, deductions, benefits, retro)
• Gather business requirements and translate into functional design
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and localization (PH/APAC/EMEA)
• Integrate with SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM), FI, and external systems
• Support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), parallel runs, and deployment
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot payroll issues
• Prepare documentation and conduct user training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience
• At least 1–2 full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations
• Strong experience in schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processing
• Good understanding of HR and payroll processes

Nice to Have

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• SAP HCM / Payroll Certification
• Multi-country payroll experience
• Consulting or client-facing background
