Key Responsibilities
- Support the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Assist in requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
- Work with technical teams to support the development and testing of WRICEF objects.
- Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.
- Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional issues.
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA public cloud implementation in the Finance domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process mapping.
- Good understanding of Universal Journal, Financial Closing, and Reporting in S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Exposure to cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP.
- Basic understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.
