Job Description

SAP Finance Delivery & Support

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including modules such

as FI, CO, AA, and Group Reporting.

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP standard functionality.
  • Participate in configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of SAP finance solutions.
  • Collaborate with integration teams across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report

(R2R) processes.

  • Data Management & Governance
  • Support Finance Master Data (MDG-F) processes and ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance

across systems.

  • Partner with the Data Governance team to define data models, ownership, and controls.
  • Monitor and analyze data performance to ensure accurate financial reporting and analytics.
  • Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance business partners, translating business needs into technology solutions.
  • Drive automation, simplification, and standardization across financial processes.
  • Support adoption of analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, GRDC, BTP extensions).
  • Project Management & Change Enablement
  • Support delivery of technology projects, enhancements, and rollouts within the Finance First transformation

roadmap.

  • Coordinate with external implementation partners and internal teams to ensure quality delivery on time and

within scope.

  • Contribute to training, communication, and change management activities for end users.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

Required:

  • 46 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or related technology roles.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes (Record-to-Report, Controlling, Treasury, or Consolidation).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0; understanding of Universal Journal and Fiori apps.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG-F), Group Reporting, or Central Finance is a

plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to cloud-based analytics tools (SAC) or BTP extensions.
  • Understanding of finance data structures, data quality metrics, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams.
