SAP SD, FICO, EWM Team Lead - Immediate Joiners

VUPICO Philippines is currently looking for candidates who can start immediately for the following positions.

SAP SD Team Lead

SAP FICO Team Lead

SAP EWM Team Lead

SAP SD Team lead role and will directly discuss with the user to align the requirement.

Level senior Consultant - 1

SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Team lead to lead and execute implementation projects from requirement analysis through post-go-live support.

The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical experts to ensure that SAP SD solutions are aligned with business processes and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business requirement / fit-gap analysis workshops with client stakeholders to understand sales and distribution processes.

2. Translate business needs into business blueprint, SAP SD functional specifications and configuration requirements.

3. Perform system configuration in SAP SD modules

4. Manage localization requirements such as tax codes, e-invoicing formats, withholding tax, and country-specific statutory reporting ensuring compliance with local regulations.

5. Integrate SD with other SAP modules, and understanding the Philippines local tax rule , import /export rule and so on.

6. Create test scenario, data scenario, execute test, verify test result.

7. Develop functional specifications for WRICEF of any SD enhancements.

8. Review the quality of add-on program after development is completed.

9. Provide and conduct the user training and documentation.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.

11. Support cutover planning, authorization setup and go-live activities.

12. Define migration procedure, develop migration tool, support to create migration data, execute migration rehearsal and production migration.

13. Provide users support for any inquiries or issues.

14. Provide post-go-live support.

15. Sharing knowledge with team.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SD.

3. At least 3 full cycles SAP S/4HANA on premise version implementation or roll-outs in manufacturing industry in electronic.

4. Strong knowledge of end-to-end SD processes.

5. Experience with EDI and RFC is required. It would be better if the candidate also understands the EDI FACT.

6. Excellent English and Filipino communication and client-facing skills.

7. SAP certification in SD is a plus.

8. Experience in S/4HANA on premise version preferred.

SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Consultant to lead and execute implementation projects from requirement analysis through post-go-live support.

The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical experts to ensure that SAP EWM solutions are aligned with business processes and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business requirement / fit-gap analysis workshops with client stakeholders to understand sales and distribution processes.

2. Translate business needs into business blueprint, SAP EWM functional specifications and configuration requirements.

4. Manage localization requirements such as local warehouse labeling and document formats, tax-relevant warehouse processes ensuring compliance with local regulations.

5. Integrate EWM with other SAP modules

6. Create test scenario, data scenario, execute test, verify test result.

7. Develop functional specifications for WRICEF of any EWM enhancements.

8. Review the quality of add-on program after development is completed.

9. Provide and conduct the user training and documentation.

3. Strong knowledge of end-to-end EWM processes.

4. Understanding the sync logic between MM and EWM and knowing how to investigate the root cause when a job fails during data synchronization.

5. Excellent English and Filipino communication and client-facing skills.

6. SAP certification in EWM is a plus.

7. Experience in S/4HANA on premise version preferred.

8. Familiar with the EWM material master file and the related SAP tables.

FICO Team lead

SAP FI (Financial) Consultant Team Lead) to lead and execute implementation projects from requirement analysis through post-go-live support.

The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical experts to ensure that SAP FI solutions are aligned with business processes and deliver measurable value.
