Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP Cloud Integration, you will design, implement, and configure SAP Cloud Integration solutions for clients, focusing on analyzing business requirements and ensuring successful project delivery. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet client requirements.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Analyze Business Requirements: Analyze business requirements and design SAP Cloud Integration solutions to meet client needs, identifying gaps and developing solutions that align with client goals.
- Implement SAP Cloud Integration: Configure and implement SAP Cloud Integration modules, including API Management, Integration Flow, and Cloud Connector, to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Develop Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration documents and testing scripts, to ensure solution quality and facilitate future maintenance.
- Ensure Solution Quality: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide Client Support: Provide training and support to clients on SAP Cloud Integration functionality and best practices, enabling them to effectively utilize the solution.
- Provide functional and technical development support for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM systems.
- Liaise with Corporate end users to ensure appropriate responsiveness to end user's application issues.
- Prepare functional, technical and user testing specifications and training manuals.
- Conduct Code Review, Unit Testing and System Integration testing.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify causes and propose solutions in line with the industry best practices.
- Manage vendors for the responsibilities outlined in contracts and statement of work.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to SAP Cloud Integration: Experience with designing, implementing, and configuring SAP Cloud Integration solutions, including analyzing business requirements and ensuring successful project delivery.
- SAP Cloud Integration Modules: Experience with configuring and implementing SAP Cloud Integration modules, such as API Management, Integration Flow, and Cloud Connector.
- Technical Documentation Development: Experience with developing and maintaining technical documentation, including configuration documents and testing scripts.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with performing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- SAP Systems Integration: Experience with integrating SAP Cloud Integration with other SAP systems, such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP BW.
- Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Required skills - BTP application, CPI, Integration center) SAP HCM (PY) and concur.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in development and maintenance of SAP SF modules/ SAP HCM.
- At least 3 years of experience in ABAP Programming on SAP HCM.
- Minimum 1 SAP project handling experience in SAP system implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, and build, testing, go-live).
- Should possess excellent logical & analytical skills with ability to work independently.
- Hands on in SAP SF, SAP Concur and SAP HCM integration will be preferred.
- SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Certification will be a plus.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- SAP Cloud Integration Releases: Exposure to staying up-to-date with SAP Cloud Integration releases, patches, and new features, and applying this knowledge to client projects.
- SAP Systems Knowledge: Exposure to integrating SAP Cloud Integration with other SAP systems, such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP BW.
- API Management: Exposure to configuring and implementing API Management as part of SAP Cloud Integration solutions.
- Integration certification is a plus
- Successfactor EC experience and knowledge is an advantage.
- SAP ABAP experience and knowledge is an advantage.
