Work Setup

• Office location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio
• Full-time employment

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and support SAP applications and enhancements.
• Perform system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues across SAP modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant SAP experience in your specific module or specialization.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification is an advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
• Background in finance, retail, or shared services industries is preferred.
