Roles and Responsibilities

Act as Business Support that will analyze and resolve the issues raised by the end-users within the agreed SLA
Raise issues to AMS or Product support after thorough investigation and confirming that those issues are not user or data-related
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users
Leads the business requirements gathering related to FICO or MM
Participate in enhancements and configuration activities to improve the process

Qualifications

More than 3 years experience in FICO/MM using S/4 HANA Private Cloud
With at least 1 successful S/4 HANA implementation project as FICO/MM Consultant
With direct contribution to the development of Knowledge Transfer workshop for users
Adept at developing changes and enhancements using SAP methodology
The MM Consultant should have Ariba knowledge and experience
