Role Description The Salesperson role at iProcess Controls Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Piñas. The Salesperson is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, conducting on-site visits, and presenting appropriate IFM sensor and industrial automation solutions. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. The role involves coordinating closely with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product recommendations and timely delivery. The Salesperson also monitors market trends, updates the customer database, and contributes to sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and account management
- Basic technical understanding of industrial automation, sensors, and control systems, or willingness to learn quickly
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation
- Proficiency with common office software and CRM tools for managing sales activities and reports
- Previous experience in industrial sales, automation, or related fields is an advantage but not strictly required
- Ability to work on-site in Las Piñas, conduct client visits, and travel locally as needed
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline is preferred
