Role Description The Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Binan, responsible for driving revenue through new customer acquisition and account growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and contacting prospective clients, presenting packaging and freight solutions, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing within company guidelines. The role involves maintaining regular communication with existing customers, addressing service inquiries, and coordinating closely with operations and logistics to ensure customer requirements are met. The Salesperson also tracks sales activities, updates records in internal systems, and prepares basic sales reports to support forecasting and planning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in sales, customer relationship management, and basic negotiation within a B2B or service-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written, with the ability to explain service offerings and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records, managing multiple leads, and following up promptly.
• Basic proficiency with office software and sales documentation tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Completion of secondary education; a college diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work with diverse colleagues and customers, uphold ethical sales practices, and support a safe and inclusive workplace.
