Job Description

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our Data Marketing practice. You will become part of the Asia Salesforce practice and you will be working on projects comprising of multi-disciplinary team members engaged in a range of Salesforce projects across different business verticals. Candidates for this role should possess strong Salesforce knowledge in the Marketing cloud suite as well as possessing experience in implementing Salesforce within a broader Enterprise business applications landscape.

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant supports pre-sales activities, end-to-end implementation delivery and run activities (campaigns, AMS, user support). This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of the Client's requirements and based on Salesforce product expertise and best practices, designing and delivering a robust Salesforce solution that meets/exceeds requirements and supports the business objectives.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

  • Conduct workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, reviews etc.)
  • Capture, understand and analyze client user requirements and objectives
  • Performs As-Is and Fit/Gap analyses to align the Salesforce technology's offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs and advising client on solution options/offerings
  • Require hands-on implementation work for the clients (configuration)
  • Design and conceptualize business solutions to support client needs
  • Engage internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution delivery
  • Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training materials etc.)
  • Conduct testing and training on implemented solution
  • Forging trusting relationships with team members and client stakeholders
  • Providing support in a pre-sales capacity (demos, proposals)
  • Continually improve on Salesforce product knowledge and expertise : Marketing on core platform, Data Cloud, Loyalty and Personalization

Profile

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications is must have
  • Experience in Marketing operations and/or analytics preferred
  • Good analysis, critical thinking and solution designing skills with foundation in core marketing principles and practices
  • Deep functional expertise in applications on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Must have experience and knowledge in coding – AMP scripting and SQL
  • Effective presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com consultancy required
  • Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting, Project Management, CRM, Cloud technologies
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and success oriented
  • Able to work in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-geolocation team
  • Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud Certifications are good to have
  • Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected
