Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, configuration, and support of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and custom application development.

Job Description

• Develop, configure, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and development best practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations using CTI and REST APIs.
• Perform Salesforce custom application development, enhancements, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and other developers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.
• Follow Agile methodologies, coding standards, and software development best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Experience working on Salesforce integration projects, particularly with REST APIs and/or CTI integrations.
• Experience in Salesforce custom application development.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, configuration, and customization.
• Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce development or platform-related certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
