Work Setup: HYBRID, 4 days onsite per week for the first 2 months (training) followed by 3 days onsite per week

Location: BGC, Taguig

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Industries (Velocity), OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. Candidates with prior telecommunications domain experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Communications Cloud (Velocity) solutions. Build and customize OmniStudio components including:
• OmniScripts
• DataRaptors
• Integration Procedures
• FlexCards
• Develop Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce components where required.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations with external enterprise applications.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
• Perform unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

Required Technical Skills:

• Salesforce Development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/Communications Cloud).
• Experience with Apex Programming.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
