We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developer / Administrator / Integration professionals to design, develop, and manage scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves hands-on administration and development, production support, and collaboration with stakeholders across enterprise Salesforce implementations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Development & Administration
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, automation, and dashboards.
- Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and data security.
- Perform data migration, data quality maintenance, and reporting/dashboard development.
Platform Delivery & Support
- Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox strategy, deployments, and change management.
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior team members.
- For ManagerDirector levels: lead technical decisions, delivery governance, and roadmap planning.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a Developer and/or Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, development, and administration.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and declarative tools.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer).
- Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi).
- Exposure to Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud.
- CI/CD and DevOps experience (Gearset, Copado, Git).
- Bilingual proficiency (Mandarin or Japanese) is an advantage for some roles
- Prior experience leading integration-heavy Salesforce programs.
