Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Presales Consultant to join us in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales success by providing technical and functional expertise during the presales process. This role involves understanding customer requirements, demonstrating Salesforce solutions, and working closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose appropriate Salesforce solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Salesforce capabilities.
- Develop and present compelling technical and business proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing deep expertise on Salesforce products, best practices, and implementation approaches.
- Work with internal stakeholders, including solution architects, developers, and delivery teams, to design customized solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce innovations and industry trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Support account planning and strategy sessions with sales and leadership teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce presales, solution consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant modules.
- Hands-on experience in designing and presenting Salesforce solutions to enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Experience working with global teams and clients is a plus.
