We're Hiring: Salesforce/CRM Administrator
We are currently partnering with one of our clients who is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team.
Contract: 12 months
Location: McKinley West, Taguig
Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Flexi mid-shift
Qualifications:
- Certified Salesforce System Administrator (required)
- Bachelor's degree holder (required)
- At least 1 year of IT experience in a customer-facing organization
- 1–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Support professional
- Solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform, including integrations with SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow, and other systems
- Collaborate directly with key stakeholders and end users to resolve SFDC-related support issues
- Support the execution of the client Digital Roadmap, including business process automation and system integrations
- Continuously monitor and enhance system health and user adoption
- Ensure SFDC compliance with SOX, FDA, and internal standards, and assist in regular audits
- Handle simple to moderately complex user stories and change requests within Agile sprint releases
