Job Description

We're Hiring: Salesforce/CRM Administrator

We are currently partnering with one of our clients who is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team.

Contract: 12 months

Location: McKinley West, Taguig

Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Flexi mid-shift

Qualifications:

  • Certified Salesforce System Administrator (required)
  • Bachelor's degree holder (required)
  • At least 1 year of IT experience in a customer-facing organization
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Support professional
  • Solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform, including integrations with SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow, and other systems
  • Collaborate directly with key stakeholders and end users to resolve SFDC-related support issues
  • Support the execution of the client Digital Roadmap, including business process automation and system integrations
  • Continuously monitor and enhance system health and user adoption
  • Ensure SFDC compliance with SOX, FDA, and internal standards, and assist in regular audits
  • Handle simple to moderately complex user stories and change requests within Agile sprint releases
