You own the integrity and accuracy of opportunity data across multiple Salesforce instances, ensuring that data transfers and quality standards support reliable financial reporting and sales forecasting. Your work follows established data protocols and synchronized schedules to maintain a high-performing sales pipeline.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract. You operate within defined data workflows, coordinating with Sales and Operations teams to ensure every record is accounted for and correctly allocated. Best suited for professionals who thrive in high-accuracy environments, value data discipline, and prefer structured execution over speculative tasks.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in data management or sales operations specifically within a Salesforce environment
• Hands-on responsibility for extracting, transferring, and auditing opportunity records across multiple CRM instances
• Working knowledge of sales pipeline structures and the impact of data hygiene on financial reporting
• Experience operating within high-volume data environments requiring daily synchronization and output verification
• Willingness to work a fixed day shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM) and comply with remote connectivity standards

STRONG SIGNALS

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Data Loader or similar migration tools
• Previous experience in a 3-month high-impact project or fixed-term capacity

• Manage opportunity data with precision across multiple Salesforce environments
• Audit records to ensure all mandatory fields are complete and accurate
• Identify and resolve data quality issues before they impact reporting

Opportunity Transfer & Allocation

You ensure the seamless movement of assets between systems without data loss or misalignment.

• Execute daily extractions and transfers of opportunities between Salesforce instances
• Update records in secondary systems promptly to maintain synchronization
• Verify successful data handoffs against agreed-upon rules

Cross-Team Coordination

You serve as the bridge between technical data entry and operational sales alignment.

• Confirm correct opportunity allocation with Sales and Operations leads
• Ensure all data processes adhere to the organization's governance standards
• Provide status updates on pipeline readiness and data health
