Your Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Customize Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to meet business requirements.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation processes.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Salesforce environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation
Preferred Skills/expertise
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or integrations is a plus
Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader)
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments
