About the role
Generate sales by processing applications at the assigned SMF Repo Warehouse/Branch. Augment SMF Branch generated applications by producing self-generated applications and processing Corporate Sales/TOP UP program releases. Convert such applications to bookings. Provide needed customer service for both dealer and customers.
Responsibilities
- The Repo SSA is expected to achieve monthly cash and Financing target by converting inquiries to releases
- Responsibilities include contacting, discussing detailed offerings and scheduling release at client's convenience
- Overall, in-charge of management of Repo inventory and documentation of the branch
- Ensure prices of Repo units are updated, clean and in order
- Facilitation of release by explaining loan documents being signed by client
- To assist Top-up customers from end-to-end process
- Encoding of ORCR to submission to LOD
- Provide customer service assistance as need arises
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Handling Officer
Qualifications
- At least college level or with vocational course
- Preferably with Direct or Indirect Marketing/Finance/Customer Service
