Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Specialist, located on-site in General Trias. The Sales Specialist will engage directly with potential clients to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively present real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, addressing client inquiries, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role may also involve participating in training to enhance sales strategies and knowledge of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including achieving targets and managing client accounts.
  • Capability to deliver and participate in Training related to sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Background or experience in real estate sales is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.
