Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Marikina for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing the sales process from start to finish, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, providing product knowledge, and conducting effective training sessions for clients or team members. The role also involves collaborating with the team to develop strategies and implement best practices for achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management expertise
  • Ability to deliver effective Training to clients or team members
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a sales-related position is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
