Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Ilocos and Bataan-Zambales territories focuses on promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to hospitals. As a Hospital Sales Specialist, you will manage sales activities, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Responsibilities also include strategic business planning and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies to drive growth in the hospital segment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Territory Management and strategic planning
- Experience and proven success in Medical Sales and Hospital Sales
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Sales strategy execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivation and ability to work in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with hospital pharmaceutical protocols is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is needed in th>s role.
