Job Description

Join a fast-growing HR and recruitment services company as a Sales Specialist (HR Services). This role is perfect for driven, confident professionals who enjoy meeting people, creating opportunities, and generating new business partnerships. No HR background needed full training and coaching provided.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct field visits and market mapping to uncover new business opportunities
  • Set appointments and meet with business owners, HR leaders, and executives
  • Present HR Primos recruitment and HR solutions with confidence
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and assist in closing new accounts
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to the Operations and Recruitment teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and support
  • Track pipeline updates and conversion rates using CRM tools
  • Represent HR Primo in meetings, industry events, and networking activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or any related course
  • 12 years of sales, client-facing, or business development experience
  • Open to trainable candidates with strong communication and people skills
  • Confident speaking to decision-makers and executives
  • Proactive, organized, and motivated to meet goals
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
  • Goal-driven, professional, and eager to grow in a sales career
