Your Role
- Respond to transactional and inbound enquiries that fall outside of managed or growth targets.
- Respond and convert inbound enquiries with professionalism, solutions-focused service, and product knowledge.
- Guide new and returning customers through product selection, sizing, and order placement.
- Convert incoming leads into sales by identifying needs and recommending tailored uniform solutions, upselling where appropriate.
- Process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently using our ERP and CRM systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to sales delivery, exchanges, or product queries with a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate with internal teams across design, workflow, decoration, warehouse, and account management to ensure smooth fulfilment and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay aligned with brand guidelines in all interactions.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- 1-3+ year/s experience in customer service and sales
- Proven ability to manage inbound enquiries and move customers through the sales funnel to a successful conversion.
- Experience in a high-volume, professional customer service environment with a solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to guide customers through technical specifications (such as sizing and selection) and provide tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting delivery, exchange, or product issues while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Prior experience in uniform solutions, decoration/embroidery workflows, or apparel retail.
- Experience working alongside warehouse, design, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Experience managing complex orders or quotes where accuracy is critical to the supply chain.
