Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns across multiple communication channels. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and company policies

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams

Meet and maintain performance metrics such as productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Schedule & Training

Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Participate in paid training covering systems, processes, and customer service best practices

Qualifications

At least a High School or Senior High School graduate

Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask

Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
