As a full-time Corporate Travel Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our corporate clients, ensuring their travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound calls from corporate clients to book, modify, and cancel travel arrangements
Researching and comparing travel options to find the most suitable and cost-effective solutions
Providing personalised service and expert advice to clients to ensure a seamless travel experience
Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and transactions
Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the travel industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using various computer systems and travel booking tools
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
