Position: Sales Associate
Arrangement: Full-Time - Mon-Fri; Hybrid- Makati
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to help drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and promote our products with confidence. You'll play a key role in understanding customer needs, delivering excellent service, and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through in-store, online, and phone channels to understand their concerns and recommend appropriate products.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing honest, empathetic, and knowledgeable guidance.
- Educate clients on hair loss treatments, supplements, and men's health products to ensure proper use and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Assist with product merchandising, inventory management, and promotional displays.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve the sales process and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven background in sales, retail, or customer relations experience in health, wellness, or grooming industries is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Empathetic and confident when discussing sensitive topics related to men's health and wellness.
- Driven and goal-oriented, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati
