Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Business Development and Lead Generation
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, both commercial and industrial.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to introduce the companys solar energy solutions.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies in coordination with the technical team.
Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and secure client approvals or contracts.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the agreed timelines.
- Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Serve as the key account manager for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
Address client concerns, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, and maintain regular communication.
Gather client feedback to improve service quality and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Coordination and Reporting
Coordinate with the Engineering and Project Teams to ensure technical accuracy in proposals and successful project delivery.
Monitor the progress of signed contracts and maintain visibility on project milestones.
Prepare regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.
Represent the company in trade shows, client events, and industry gatherings to promote brand awareness.
