We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in activating new partnerships, achieving or exceeding sales targets, and contributing to our regional growth. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to travel occasionally.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Lead Acquisition: Execute 40-60 outbound calls daily to identify and engage potential SME and Enterprise clients.
- Account Activation: Manage the Zero to One processguiding new clients through platform registration and ensuring they successfully post their first job requirement.
- Pipeline Management: Research and source 20-30 fresh leads daily via recruitment platforms and other professional directories to keep the funnel active.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain 100% data accuracy in the CRM, logging all call notes, meeting schedules, and lead statuses to ensure a smooth handover to the Closer team.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B Telesales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Prior experience in Online Recruitment (Job Boards), SaaS, or HR-Tech is highly preferred.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling environments; you must be a Hunter by nature who is motivated by targets.
