The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling construction materials to contractors, builders, developers, and hardware clients. The role involves generating new leads, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and hardware sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Submit sales quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications
- With experience in construction materials or hardware trading (an advatage)
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or field selling is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel or conduct client visits as needed.
- Can work independently and as part of a team
