Customer Service
- Provide prompt assistance to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Educate customers on new products, promotions, and sales programs.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update management on account performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Use handheld devices or sales apps (if provided) for order entry and data tracking.
Route Management
- Plan and execute daily route schedules efficiently.
- Ensure coverage of all assigned outlets within the route.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and sales activities.
Order Generation & Inventory Management
- Generate accurate sales orders based on stock levels, demand, and promotions.
- Work with the distributor to maintain adequate inventory and reduce out-of-stocks.
- Track expired products, returns, and damaged goods.
Account Management
- Manage a set of distributor accounts, retail stores, supermarkets, or route customers.
- Conduct regular visits to accounts to ensure optimal stock levels, merchandising, and pricing.
- Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and distributor personnel.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product distribution in existing and new accounts.
- Execute sales strategies, promotions, and trade programs to drive volume.
