Position: Sales Operation Specialist
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Shift: 8am - 5pm CST
Position Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing sales productivity and operational efficiency that will support the success of our commercial organization. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in Salesforce.com and a passion for data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will ensure the seamless functionality of CRM systems, assist with streamlining workflows, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success.
Your contributions will directly impact revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and the overall effectiveness and productivity of the sales organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or similar roles in life sciences.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com, including Sales Cloud and relevant integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers).
- Familiarity with third-party applications (e.g., HubSpot, Tableau). Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups.
- Proven ability to build relationships across a number of stakeholders including customers, sales, subject matter experts, and product management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time with excellent attention to details.
- Strong analytical mind and proactive problem solver
- Advanced skills in excel or other analytical tools
- Experience in a biotechnology or life sciences environment is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate sales data in the salesforce.com CRM and alignment across systems.
- Develop and enforce Salesforce data governance protocols.
- Analyze sales data for trends, pipeline health, and KPIs.
- Monitor dashboards and produce weekly and monthly standardized reports for leadership insights on established KPIs.
- Train and onboard sales reps on Salesforce best practices.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting models and pipeline tracking with salesforce.com.
- Track and report quota attainment and productivity metrics.
- Work with marketing, finance, and product teams to align Salesforce with business objectives.
- Document system changes and maintain standard work documents.
