Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

5–10 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry (materials,

equipment, construction services, MEP products, etc.)

Strong network of industry contacts (developers, contractors, consultants).
Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites/client meetings.

Responsibilties

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in the construction sector

(developers, contractors, consultants, architects, etc.)

Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate technical value.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with company policies.
Support after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
