JOB DESCRIPTION:

Certifications/Experience

- PMP Certified, 4-8 years experience in Infrastructure Project Management

- SAN/NAS storage concepts

- Familiarity cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

- Advanced Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and DR testing experience

- ITIL Foundation certification

Skills Needed/Required

- Virtualization Platforms: Nutanix AHV, VMware vSphere/ESXi

- Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, Windows 365 Cloud PC

- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL)

- Server Hardware: Rack and blade configuration, storage provisioning

- Networking Basics: VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP

- Security & Compliance: MFA, passkey integration, Windows Hello for Business, patch management

- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Understanding of RPO/RTO requirements

- CMDB & APP ID mapping for dependency tracking
