Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue, customer acquisition, brand growth, and commercial partnerships across the company's restaurant and hospitality portfolio.
The role combines sales development and marketing execution, with a strong focus on generating business through corporate accounts, events, partnerships, digital marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across corporate, private events, catering, gifting, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate and key accounts.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide recommendations to improve revenue performance.
- Work closely with Operations to maximize sales opportunities across all locations.
2. Corporate & B2B Sales
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, hotels, offices, developers, event companies, and other key accounts.
- Generate corporate orders, events, gifting, catering, and bulk sales opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial packages.
- Negotiate commercial terms while protecting company margins.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and actively develop new accounts.
3. Events & Private Sales
- Develop the company's private events and corporate events business.
- Identify opportunities for birthdays, weddings, corporate functions, launches, and other events.
- Coordinate with Operations to develop suitable packages and experiences.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through confirmation and execution.
- Build partnerships with event planners, hotels, venues, and relevant businesses.
4. Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Lead campaigns designed to increase customer traffic, transactions, and revenue.
- Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, partnerships, and activations.
- Ensure marketing initiatives have clear commercial objectives and measurable results.
5. Digital & Social Media
- Oversee social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Work with creative teams and agencies on content development and campaign execution.
- Develop campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
- Monitor digital performance, engagement, customer acquisition, and conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve the company's digital presence and customer reach.
6. Brand & Partnership Development
- Protect and strengthen the positioning of each brand within the portfolio.
- Identify strategic partnerships that can generate awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Develop collaborations with malls, hotels, corporations, lifestyle brands, influencers, and other relevant partners.
- Negotiate partnership opportunities and ensure agreed deliverables are executed.
7. Mall & Location Marketing
- Maintain strong relationships with mall marketing teams.
- Maximize mall-wide campaigns, events, media placements, and promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing activities for new store openings, pop-ups, and activations.
- Ensure each location is supported with appropriate local marketing initiatives.
8. Customer & Market Development
- Monitor customer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify opportunities for new products, promotions, services, and sales channels.
- Develop initiatives to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Use customer and sales data to improve marketing and sales strategies.
9. Team & Agency Management
- Lead and coordinate the Sales & Marketing team.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and deadlines.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, designers, production companies, and other partners.
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities are executed efficiently and professionally.
10. Budget & Reporting
- Prepare and manage Sales & Marketing budgets.
- Monitor marketing spend and ensure activities deliver appropriate commercial value.
- Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports for management.
- Track revenue, sales pipeline, campaign performance, customer acquisition, and ROI.
- Present recommendations and action plans to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in business development, corporate sales, events, and marketing.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing clients, partnerships, agencies, and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events when required.
