The center provides diverse services including nail care, hair treatments, beauty drips, facials, eyelash extensions, threading, waxing, spa treatments, glutathione drips, laser treatments, non-invasive aesthetic procedures, and even surgical interventions overseen by board-certified physicians. It has in-house doctors for expert guidance and customized service recommendations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Queen's Wellness Aesthetic Clinic in BGC. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing the sales team, and conducting market research. Other responsibilities include creating promotional materials, organizing events, and maintaining customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Sales strategy development and team management skills
• Experience with market research and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in creating promotional materials and organizing promotional events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the aesthetic or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
• Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
• Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in marketing or related field
• Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
