Job Description

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans for Zylo and Zleep

Set revenue goals and performance metrics for the sales team

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements to identify opportunities

Oversee retail and e-commerce sales operations across all active branches and online channels

  • Team Leadership & Coordination

Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team (in-store, online, and regional)

Conduct regular sales meetings and product knowledge sessions

Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service departments to align campaigns and promotions

  • Client & Lead Management

Ensure all customer inquiries from social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) are promptly and properly responded to by the assigned sales representatives

Personally handle high-value client negotiations and corporate sales inquiries

Develop and maintain relationships with mall leasing partners, distributors, and B2B clients

  • Digital Sales and Social Media Response Oversight

Monitor all social media pages and platforms daily to ensure zero missed inquiries

Set response time standards (within 510 minutes for chat leads during business hours)

Collaborate with the social media team to track leads, follow up, and convert online inquiries into actual sales

  • Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports

Track conversion rates, top-performing products, and customer feedback

Recommend pricing strategies and promotional activities to boost sales

  • Product & Market Development

Participate in launching new models or features of Zylo and Zleep products

Conduct product demos, trade shows, and pop-up events to showcase brand innovation

Gather client feedback for continuous product improvement and innovation recommendations
