Job Description:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing

customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans for the region. The successful

candidate will lead and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring the team

meets sales targets and expands its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet

and exceed regional sales targets.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing

guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key

clients, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and the

competitive landscape.

- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior

management.

- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Cebu head office and other regional offices to

ensure alignment in sales strategies and company goals.

- Logistics and Collections Support: Oversee and support logistics, order fulfillment, and

collections in coordination with the main office and distributors.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or

building materials industry.

- A strong understanding of CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively.

Ranged Salary : Php35k to Php40k
