Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong background in the construction or FMCG industry, and solid experience in digital marketing and sales strategy.
- Set and monitor sales targets per branch, ensuring consistent growth across regions
- Set revenue targets for each channel and category, developing strategic plans to achieve them
- Implement strategies to maximize gross profit per channel and category
- Expand the customer base by integrating new products into existing channels and categories
- Oversee provincial warehouse utilization and manage Sales Specialists nationwide
- Drive and optimize inbound marketing efforts to convert leads into revenue
- Track and analyze inbound sales performance and customer acquisition through online platforms
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and online advertising campaigns
- Oversee website performance, content strategy, and digital brand presence
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance skills, performance, and accountability
- Use data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, sales trends, and customer behavior, applying insights to strategy
- Continuously monitor marketing and sales KPIs, with special focus on digital metrics and branch performance
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and management, with measurable impact on sales
- Strong track record in inbound marketing and online sales platforms
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction materials or FMCG industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Willing to conduct site visits nationwide
- Open to working in West Avenue, Quezon City
