Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Sales Manager will lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets for residential projects. Daily responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, monitoring pipelines, conducting site visits, and managing client inquiries and follow-ups. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with brokers, agents, and partner channels, as well as representing RLC Residences at events, open houses, and tripping activities. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and project teams to ensure a smooth buying experience, timely documentation, and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property sales, real estate project selling, or related sales management roles, preferably in residential developments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to engage with diverse clients and partners professionally.
  • Solid understanding of sales planning, pipeline management, and basic sales analytics or reporting tools.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a track record of delivering high-quality client service and managing long sales cycles.
  • Ability to work on-site, conduct regular fieldwork, and attend client meetings, events, or tripping activities as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in the National Capital Region and surrounding areas is an advantage.
