Role Description The District Sales Manager (Upper North Luzon) is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City, responsible for leading and developing a sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage within the assigned territory. This role includes planning and executing district sales strategies, monitoring performance, and providing regular coaching and field accompaniment to medical representatives. The District Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key accounts, ensuring effective promotion of the company's portfolio in alignment with ethical standards. Daily tasks include reviewing sales reports, analyzing territory performance, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams to support business objectives. The role also involves overseeing territory budget utilization, organizing district activities and product presentations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales management and territory leadership skills, including experience leading field sales teams and driving performance in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability in account management, relationship building with healthcare professionals, and execution of ethical promotional activities.
  • Solid skills in sales planning, forecasting, and data analysis to track KPIs, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and people-development skills to support and elevate team capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a wide geographic area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, Business, Marketing, or a related field; a background in life sciences is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Representative is preferred; prior experience as a District or Area Manager in pharmaceuticals is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively
