RISE for Business (RFB) is BCG's flagship programme designed to help Singapore's Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) unlock growth and build future-ready capabilities—without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Through hands-on learning, real business problem-solving, and coaching from industry experts, SMEs accelerate their digital, AI, and transformation journeys.
The programme is supported by the Singapore government and aligned with national digitalisation goals. Eligible companies can receive up to 90% funding support through SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and enhanced subsidy schemes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead SME acquisition for the RISE for Business programme in Singapore.
This is a high-impact individual contributor (hunter) role where you will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from pipeline creation to closing enrolments.
You will engage directly with SME owners, founders, CEOs, and senior functional leaders, using a consultative approach to translate programme features into clear business value.
