2% commissions on own sales, contracts usually start at Php 350,000
What You Will Do
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Manage and grow relationships with key clients
Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
Coordinate with marketing and operations to align on campaigns and service delivery
Ensure excellent customer experience and prompt issue resolution
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics
Ability to develop strategies and execute plans independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
