Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee
- and manage a team of sales professionals, set sales goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, including team leadership and strategic planning
- Skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong interpersonal skills, including team management, training, and mentoring
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, track sales performance, and adjust strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and other relevant technology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
