Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Calabarzon, Philippines, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team to achieve established targets and develop strategies to increase revenue. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, monitoring sales goals and performance, and collaborating with other departments to optimize market presence. The Sales Manager will also provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the sales team to ensure continual growth and success.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Lead Generation techniques
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the finance or banking industry is an advantage
